Introducing the Visionaries
Kay DaSilva
As a native Austinite, born and raised in Austin and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Kay is a true frontrunner in the Austin Real estate market. Kay has diligently combined her vast market knowledge with her passion for her clients to create a brokerage unlike any other. Recently recognized as “Broker of the Year” by Platinum Top 50, Kay serves as Co-Broker of Avalar Austin, sharing her industry expertise and tools of the trade with her family of agents. Kay’s active involvement in the Austin area, neighborhoods and schools gives her first-hand knowledge that enables families to sell and buy with confidence.
Her market knowledge and contacts with other professionals in the real estate, lending and business communities help expedite almost any real estate transaction. Kay enjoys a success that is based on a sincere desire to help meet the needs of her sellers and buyers and a relentless attention to detail. Her ability to provide information and conscientiously follow through when families are making a decision to sell or buy is one reason Kay is considered a top professional in the field.
Chase McRoberts
Chase McRoberts is a native Texan and grew up in the real estate business in Corpus Christi. With both his father as a commercial and residential developer and his grandmother as a Realtor, the industry is in his DNA. He earned his Bachelors from Texas Tech University and his Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Chase has always had a passion for this industry because of the opportunity to build incredible connections with others.
After over a decade and a half in the real estate industry, Chase wakes up daily with excitement for being a Team Leader with Keller Williams Austin and Austin Portfolio Real Estate because he has the privilege to help many agents and support their growth. Chase sees Luxury League as a way to help Austin agents set themselves apart and also highlight their success all while raising the industry bar.
Chase is driven to influence affordability through his property tax protest business. After seeing investors, first time home buyers or even seasoned buyers purchase homes and experience challenges with property taxes, Chase knew something had to change. So, Home Tax Shield was born.
Ultimately, the driving cornerstone behind everything is Chase’s family. He met Jessica, his wife of almost 14 years, over 18 years ago at Texas Tech University. They have two kids, Kensley (6) and Hudson (4). They love Austin and spending as much time outdoors together as they possibly can.
Yvette Flores
Yvette is a native Central Texan, born and raised in San Antonio, but proud to call Austin home. She holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2000. For several years Yvette enjoyed a very successful career as a multi-million dollar producer before obtaining her Broker license in 2004. It was at that time that she joined forces with Jonathan Boatwright to build a different kind of real estate company. In just 19 years, Realty Austin grew to become the #1 Independent brokerage in Central Texas surpassing $5B in sales in 2023.
In October of 2023, Realty Austin and San Antonio joined forces with Compass as a leader in technology. Yvette heads up the company’s culture, connections and collaboration and has been Chairwoman of the Board of Austin Habitat for Humanity and Foundation Communities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, Alyssa, Ashton and Olivia or eating out at all the fabulous restaurants in Austin with her partner, Chef Tyson Cole.
Melissa Webb
Melissa Webb is a licensed Texas Realtor dedicated to helping her luxury agents grow their businesses. Working with the top 1% of luxury global real estate professionals in the community, Melissa coaches them on building their businesses and achieving all their real estate goals. When she was in production, Melissa was committed to finding her clients the properties and investments to fit their needs. With her extensive sales background, she also enjoys business entrepreneurship in green building, wind power, technology, and communication, with over thirty years of success in sales, executive leadership, and business development for large corporate environments and start-ups in technology, hardware, software, advertising, and real estate.
Her specialties include creative problem-solving, the ability to establish valuable solutions, and strategic relationship management have framed her successful career in sales. She developed sales campaigns and processes that identify new opportunities and convert them into sales.
Melissa has been happily married to Robert; when they are not supporting their daughter Laney at school activities, she is currently on the Board of the National Charity League of Austin, VP of Philanthropy, on the Advisory Board of the Luxury League of Austin, and a member of Austin Board of Realtors.
Chelsea Timmons
Chelsea Timmons is a trailblazer in Austin Real Estate and Leadership. A true Austinite with a degree in Political Science from The University of Texas, she has a decade of experience in the Austin real estate scene and has become a prominent figure in the new home sales industry. Her journey as a sales and marketing executive has been marked by a continuous pursuit of knowledge and professional growth. Notably, Chelsea completed the Key Leader program at The University of Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development.
As a member of the Jeff Shore Sales Leadership Roundtable Alumni Circle and the Shore Consulting Women’s Leadership Circle, Chelsea is not just a leader; she is part of a community of like-minded individuals shaping the future of real estate leadership. Her contributions extend beyond the professional realm, as she has made her mark in editorials and leadership books, including being a contributor to Ryan Taft’s latest book, “Storygetter.”
Chelsea’s passion lies in developing leaders, change management, facilitating the realization of the American Dream through homeownership, and crafting innovative marketing strategies for home sales. Beyond the boardrooms and bookshelves, Chelsea finds joy on the weekends at the ball field, where she enthusiastically cheers on her two boys as they play baseball.
