Jeannette Spinelli is the founder and CEO of Spinelli Residential Group, an award-winning luxury real estate team based in Austin, Texas. In just 20 years, Jeannette has closed just under $1 billion in volume. As a sought-after international luxury real estate speaker and coach, Jeannette recently partnered with Place, Inc. to not only power the next phase of her team's growth but also power a world class luxury training and coaching program, “Launch into Luxury.” She most recently shared some of her biggest insights on the Inman Stage for leading in the luxury real estate market. Locally, Jeannette has been honored year after year as a member of Elite 25 – the top 1% of agents in central Texas, the top 20 in the Austin Business Journal Book of Lists and most recently as a top 25 finalists for the Profiles in Power for Austin 2020.
Her award-winning service distinguishes her as a leading broker and one of the most respected agents in Texas. As a partner in Place, Inc., Jeannette supported the company's growth in reaching No.1323 on the Inc 5000 list. Jeannette is characterized as an ardent philanthropist. She devotes herself to leadership positions for three non-profits in Central Texas driven by her passion to share her blessings. Jeannette has headed educational fundraising and humanitarian efforts in Third World countries focusing on procurement of micro-loans in Guatemala, Somalia, and Sri Lanka. Over the past 8 years, Jeannette has sponsored 162 children in the form of school scholarships, clothing donations, educational supplies and familial support. In addition to being very passionate about fulfilling her client’s needs, Jeannette is a lover of her family, her dog Harper, contemporary art, and traveling anywhere off the beaten path.
