Luxury League is an advertising program raising the profile of Austin’s luxury real estate specialists. Membership is based on individual luxury sales over $2.0 million, determined after submission of all applications by the Advisory Board of Luxury League, and limited to a maximum of 30 agents. Members receive a host of benefits including, but not limited to, invitations to members-only events, recognition in print ads, listings featured in direct mail, social media campaigns, and more.
To apply, agents must have achieved $30,000,000 in residential sales during the 2022 calendar year with a minimum of 5 transactions at or above $2,000,000 with a minimum of 2% commission earned on each transaction. Applications from brokerage owners will not be considered. The name of the applying agent must be included on all contracts being used to qualify for membership.
Please complete the electronic application and upload the transaction coversheet (http://bit.ly/3aSH3eA). Scan and email all signed final CDs, along with Page 9 & 10 of the residential purchase contract, for all qualifying properties listed on the cover sheet to info@luxuryleague.com.
Submitted documentation should include the applying agent’s name, sale price, and proof of commission earned.
The Advisory Board will not see submitted statements.
Applications and supporting documentation must be received NO LATER THAN Friday, January 20, 2023, at 5pm. Agents will be notified of their application status in February.
