About Amy Deane:

A 20-year resident of Austin, Amy has been actively involved in real estate and architecture since her arrival. She has worked closely with business partner and husband Michael Deane - Austin's top luxury home builder -buying, selling, building, remodeling, and even leasing personal investment properties since the late 90s. This hands-on experience has given Amy a vast knowledge of all phases of the construction process. Her ability to see beyond surface level details to the underlying structure and "bones" of a property is an invaluable resource to both buyers and sellers. Her sharp eye for design is a great value-add to her clients. With Amy's unique background in marketing, finance and construction, she can work with homebuyers and investors to support project feasibility studies and comparative market analyses. Amy has been actively involved in the community developing deep roots and strong personal relationships around Austin. She is known as a connector, a relationship builder and a "go to" person to gather timely answers and deliver results. This unique personality trait is a must when seeking an agent to work with you through the buying and selling process. Her energetic, charismatic, can-do spirit help ensure the requirements and desires of her clients are not only met, but exceeded. Living the builder’s life, Amy has moved numerous times and has an intimate knowledge of many areas in Austin. She has lived in the Zilker/Barton Hills area, Rosedale/Crestview neighborhood and has built her last five homes in Tarrytown and Pemberton Heights in Central/West Austin. She is currently working on a new personal residence in Rollingwood. Through this experience, Amy knows the distinctiveness, strengths and opportunities of each community Austin has to offer. In her free time, Amy loves playing tennis and practicing yoga, and when not in Austin, can be found spending time enjoying the outdoors with her husband and three children either on their family ranch in South Texas or hiking and skiing in Colorado.
